G-Eazy to Headline Anti-Gun Violence Concert in Washington, D.C. Ahead of the March for Our Lives
G-Eazy has booked a lot of major gigs throughout his career, but he's about to take the stage for a very important cause. The "No Limit" rapper is slated to headline the upcoming Stay Amped benefit concert in Washington D.C. on March 23, which will take place the day before the first ever March for Our Lives rally.
The anti-gun violence concert, which will benefit multiple gun violence prevention groups, is being curated by Fall Out Boy and will take place at the Anthem. G-Eazy's performance will help benefit both Giffords and Everytown for Gun Safety Action Fund.
Not only will the Oakland entertainer and veteran rock band hit the stage, but there will also be featured performances from Lizzo and BeBe Rexha, along with appearances from students, gun violence survivors and alumni from Parkland's Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Florida, who organized the March for Our Lives.
If you recall, the high school recently experienced tragedy as former student Nikolas Cruz went inside the school with a gun, killing 17 students and teachers. The shooting sparked over 600 marches to take place to urge lawmakers to implement policies that will prevent gun violence in the future.
If you want to attend the upcoming concert, you can purchase your tickets tomorrow (March 14th) on Ticketfly's official site at 10 A.M.
