D.R.A.M. Brings Out XXXTentacion at DAMN. Tour Stop in L.A.
It's been a major breakout year for XXXTentacion, and now he's getting some huge opportunities to grow his platform even more. During Kendrick Lamar's DAMN. Tour stop in Los Angeles this week (Aug. 9), D.R.A.M. brings out XXXTentacion to join him on stage during his opening performance.
The 2017 XXL Freshman posts footage of him taking the stage next to the "Broccoli" singer, where he is heard being met with a slew of screams from female fans in the packed arena crowd while surprising them before launching into his hit song "Look at Me."
The video footage is the only post on XXXTentacion's Instagram page, and comes at a peak time for the "Off" MC, as he is gearing up to drop his 17 album later this month on Aug. 25. Last week, he dropped the official tracklist for the project, which displays eight new songs from the hitmaker, with one feature from Trippie Red.
He also wrote about the ambience of the album at the time, telling fans what they can expect.
“It’s my first body of work, first official album release, and the first time I’ve put my all into a project, I mean it when I say this project is absolutely amazing." X writes. "If you listen to me to get hype or to not think, don’t buy this album, this one is for the depression, for the depressed ones, for the lost ones.”
