Drake is ready to head to court after filing a lawsuit against a woman he claims tried to extort him after alleging that he raped her and got her pregnant.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, the Scorpion rapper claims he met Layla Lace during the Manchester, England stop of his Boy Meets World Tour. After the February 2017 show, Drizzy says he and Lace had consensual sex and "Layla also voluntarily and seemingly happily performed oral sex."

The lawsuit, which was filed by celebrity lawyer Larry Stein, says Drake then claims that Lace became upset when he wouldn't take her on tour with him. In a series of text messages, Lace repeatedly asked Drizzy when she could come and see him, even though the rapper told her he was busy.

"So what you want me to do you want me to pay for the flight to get out there," Lace allegedly wrote. "Nah not at all," he replied. "I wouldn't expect that Just gotta find some days that work."

The Toronto artist claims Lace created a "fantasy relationship" but things took a turn for the worse in April 2017 when she claimed she was pregnant and threatened that she would publicly leak messages from Drake. That same month, she made good on her threat and went to Shade 45 radio station and aired her claims to the world.

A month later, Lace reportedly hired an attorney and demanded money from him for her alleged baby and also threatened the rapper with defamation after Drake claimed publicly to have never met her before.

After allegedly refusing to take a paternity test, Drake claims Lace then went to New York police and accused Drake of raping her. It's at that point that the rapper claims Lace obtained a new lawyer who demanded money from him or they would make the rape compliant public.

Drake's lawyer, however, argued that there was no evidence a child had even been born. "There is no credible evidence of pregnancy, nor any baby, which would have been born last fall," the suit reads.

The case was then referred to Manchester police, who interviewed Drake and cleared him of any wrongdoing.

The "In My Feelings" artist is now suing the woman for civil extortion, emotional distress, fraud, defamation, and abuse of process and is asking for unspecified damages.
