Drake puts it down for his hometown of Toronto, but he no longer has a place to live in it.

The Young Money Entertainment rapper recently sold his luxurious condo in the city's Yorkville district for a cool $3.75 million. The 3,600-square-foot unit had three bedrooms, heated balconies and a bookshelf in the shape of Canada (we're not kidding), as shown in a promotional video put out by Daniel and Johnston, the firm that broke the deal. Drake originally asked $4.2 million for it, but had to drop its price to garner more interest.

At this point, it is uncertain whether he will acquire a new residence in the Toronto area, but, if we had to put our money on it, that won't be the case for long. The 27-year-old MC constantly reps for "TDot," whether it's him rapping about his mom's basement in the city's Forest Hill neighborhood on "Started from the Bottom" or him sporting a tattoo of the CN Tower, the city's most recognizable landmark. The guy was even recently designated as the ambassador of the Raptors, Toronto's NBA team. Maybe he'll run for mayor next.
