DonMonique’s Pitch for XXL Freshman 2016

XXL Freshman 2016 is coming and the freshman hopefuls are gearing up to possibly make this year’s class. With the 10th Spot voting happening now, we have to let the potentials tell us why they should appear on this year’s cover.

Up next, DonMonique. Since dropping her debut EP, Thirst Trap, last summer, the NY native has been hot on the market. Her breakout single, “Pilates (Kendall, Kylie, Miley),” is also partly responsible for her growing buzz, as the hook is simply unforgettable. Watch above as she tells us why she should appear on the coveted XXL Freshman list.

The XXL Freshman 10th Spot will run for one week. This is where the public gets the chance to vote an artist into the XXL Freshman Class.
