Don Cannon, Nottz, DJ Revolution, !llmind, Khrysis and Buckwild are among the many producers set to appear at the upcoming Beat Society showcase, which will be held this Saturday, February 12, at Tammany Hall in New York City. XXLMag.com has two pairs of tickets to give away to the event.

The first two readers to email XXL@harris-pub.com with their full name (first and last) along with the answer to the following trivia question will gain entrance into the show. Which two beatmakers on the bill crafted tracks for Game? Please put “Beat Society” in the subject line of the email, and do not enter the contest if you will not be in the NYC the night of February 12. XXL will notify the winners.

The party aims to celebrate the art of beatmaking, and will also include performances from Danny Brown, Malcolm & Martin, and other surprise guests.

The 21-and-over show, which is presented by SoulSpazm Records and Native Instruments Maschine, will be DJed by Evil Dee of Da Beatminerz. There is no dress code, and doors open at 6 p.m. Advance tickets cost $10 and are available for purchase here.

In related news, XXL has partnered with Native Instruments and Beat Society to give away a Maschine Groove Production Studio. In order to win the $599 state of the art equipment, we are asking aspiring producers to send in their best instrumental mp3 (one track) to XXL@harris-pub.com with their full name (first and last) and physical address. Please put “Maschine Contest” in the email subject line.

We are taking submissions starting today, until Friday, February 11 at 12 p.m. EST. One winner will be picked and notified by the XXL Staff. —XXL Staff
