After revealing the tour dates for his Fever Tour, Black Milk returns with a new video for "Could It Be," which is featured on the album of the same name.

Directed by Gerard Victor and Black Milk himself, the "Could It Be" video finds three friends on their way to a party while a familiar face looks on. According to the rapper, the man in the video represents a friend who passed away. He's still looking over his homies.

"The song is about pursuing a dream despite adversity and celebrating [and] sharing accomplishments with loved ones along the way," Black Milk tells XXL. "The character in the video, who’s pursuing his dream, is wishing his best friend was alive to celebrate with him, not knowing he’s there in spirit."

Up next for the Black Milk, he will be embarking on his 30-city tour, which kicks off on June 13 in San Diego and wraps up with back-to-back shows in his hometown of Detroit in August. After that, the "True Lies" rapper will get back to working on a new project. "I may be headed to Africa to record my next album," he says. "I’ll wrap up touring for Fever in Europe mid-October, mid-November."

Black Milk dropped his latest album, Fever, in February. The 12-track project serves as a follow-up to 2014's If There's a Hell Below and features guest appearances from Dwele, Ab and Sudie.
