Before the 2018 XXL Freshman class will be revealed this summer, the Freshman hopefuls are here to show and prove why they deserve a spot in this year’s class. The 10th Spot voting has officially launched, which means hip-hop's rising newcomers are vying for a spot on the 2018 XXL Freshman cover.

Young Nudy has been making waves, swinging between menacing street rap and lighter, catchier fare. In 2017, he dropped two mixtapes: Slimeball 2 and Nudy Land. Off of those projects, the 21 Savage-assisted "EA" and Nudy Land's "Loaded Baked Potato" took off, with each boasting 2 million streams. This year looks like it'll hold more accolades for Nudy, as he once again collaborated with his cousin 21 for "Since When," a video that racked up nearly 1 million views in three days. With numbers like those, Nudy is certainly one to watch.

Now that you've watched his 2018 XXL Freshman pitch below, it's time to vote. The 2018 XXL Freshman 10th Spot will run for one week. This is where the public gets the chance to vote an artist into the XXL Freshman Class. Go here to make your vote count for your favorite artist.
