Tinashe Self-Directs Her Video For “Aquarius”

Tinashe shows off her directing and editing skills with the lo-fi video for "Aquarius," the latest single from her album of the same name. The video features a sexy Tinashe in a minimalist video that provides great eye candy and shows off the singer's voice and look. The mellow track and the simple video complement each other nicely and Tinashe once again proves that she is an artist to keep an eye on. Check out the video above.

Tinashe's debut album, Aquarius, was give a boost when her single "2 On" becamae a crossover hit and shot up the radio charts and got major airplay on urban air thanks to the ScHoolboy Q assist.. In October, she dropped her debut LP with production from DJ Mustard, Mike WiLL Made-It and Boi-1da. The impressive production roster was matched by an equally impressive feature appearance list that included the aforementioned ScHoolboy Q, Future and A$Ap Rocky. The strong project landed at No. 16 on the Billboard chart and led her to go on a nine-city tour. Tinashe's profile continues to grow as she just dropped a remix to "Pretend" featuring Jeezy and the DJ Mustard-produced "Fuckin Wit Me." She also showed her sex appeal by appearing topless with FKA Twigs on the cover of V Magazine.
