Following the release of his new album Blkswn, Smino announces he will be hitting the road on his Swanita Tour.

He announced the jaunt via Twitter, captioning the list of dates, "#SwanitaTour comin to a town near you. Tell a fren."

The show kicks off on April 26 in Chicago, and will hit up cities like Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Houston, Oakland and Seattle, before closing out on May 26 in Denver. The tour features special guests Monte Booker, Jay2, Bari and Jean Deaux.

The St. Louis rapper officially introduced himself to the world earlier this week when he dropped his debut Blkswn. The project features 18 new songs and no guest appearances. "I say my sound is more futuristic funk, rap funk," he told XXL last year. "If people or if I would compare my sound to any art that has came out before, I would Dungeon Family-esque. But now a days if they were inspired by the shit that is coming out now; soulful rappy shit.”

The "Anita" rapper is currently in Austin, Texas for SXSW. We recently tabbed him as one of 20 acts you need to see at this year's event. This is just the warm up for what Smino has in store, when he takes his show on the road.
