Rico Nasty Debuts Her Latest Video “Watch Me”

The DMV's self-proclaimed "sugar trap" queen Rico Nasty is back with another hit off her second project, Tales of Tacobella. With a helping hand from Shot by Miggy, "Watch Me" is yet another creative visual that will surely get Rico the attention she so deserves.

In the music video, Rico Nasty sports a pink lacefront and her usual attention-grabbing garb as she chills with her ladies for the day. "Smoking OG gas bags, when I'm in a drop top/Colored diamonds on my shit, they look just like pop rocks," she spits on the hook, nearly sounding like the female version of Lil Yachty, which she's already acknowledged due to her quick, witty punchlines. “They going to compare me to Lil Yachty and that’s because we have a song together and they titled his sound bubblegum trap," Rico told XXL after dropping Tales of Tacobella. If I’m not getting compared to Yachty, people don’t really compare me to nobody.

Speaking more on her latest tape, Rico Nasty—who first garnered attention after releasing the infectious "Hey Arnold" single—told us it's "an important project because it’s the first project since Sugar Trap, the record that introduced my sound. I dropped that project last August so my fans have been like, ‘Bitch, where’s the music?’ The consistency wasn’t always there, I wasn’t focused. But now that it is, I’m ready to give my fans everything.”
