Stream Young Chop’s ‘King Chop 2′ Album

At one point, Young Chop was the unequivocal overlord of the sound of the Chicago rap scene. The Chi-town beat maker is out to prove he is still the crown-holder on his new LP, King Chop 2.

The new project checks in at a dozen tracks and features guest appearances from frequent collaborators Chief Keef and Lil Durk, as well as PartyNextDoor, Bump J, Yung Tory, Tae Flexxin, B.D. and Ace 00. Chop handles the production on the album, but also passes off some of the scoring duties on to CBMix and Fatman.

King Chop 2 is the follow-up album to King Chop, which dropped back in June of 2016. In 2017, the Windy City beat maker held it down with the tape Let Em Know Chop and the 8417 EP, released last summer.

Chop was on the road all last month as a part of Sonny Digital's Sonny Rollin Grams tour, where they criss-crossed the country, hitting up cities like New York, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Chicago, Denver, New Orleans, Houston and more.
