Chicago-bred Noname knows exactly what she stands for as an artist. The 27-year-old released her album, Room 25, last month, and recently announced that she will be making one major change to the album: the cover art. On Oct. 8 Bryant Giles, the mastermind behind Room 25's cover art, was charged for domestic abuse and rape. The Telefone artist shared on Twitter that her decision to change the art is in light of her support for survivors of abuse.

"In light of recent allegations, I will be working to replace the cover artwork of Room 25," her tweet began. "I do not and will not support abusers, and I will always stand up for victims and believe their stories. My heart goes out to Ellie, her family, and all survivors of abuse."

Ellie Danisch, who Noname references in her Tweet, is the woman who was allegedly assaulted by Giles. Chicago Police Department website records show that Giles was arrested on Oct. 8 and charged with domestic battery and bodily harm. Accusations were tweeted on Oct. 14 that Giles "punched [her] for asking about him cheating on her with multiple men."

Room 25's cover art is a drawing of a vehicle, a sign that reads "dead end," and multiple people. The project has 11 tracks and includes guest appearances from Smino, Saba, Adam Ness, Phoelix, Yaw, Ravyn Lenae and Benjamin Earl Turner. The 34-minute project shows off her creative thought process.

On the track "Self," Noname discusses an "incredible emptiness" while staying in sync with the beat.

"Mr. Money Man, Mr. Every Day He Got Me/Mr. Wifing Me Down, Mr. Me-Love, Mr. Miyagi/Miscellaneous, Mr. Molly Inside My Sake/Incredible, incredible emptiness in my body/Heaven's only four-feet tall, I set my ringer to it."
