XXL Freshman alum Logic has been on his grind lately, dropping loosies off of his upcoming EP, While You Wait, destroying freestyles on radio stations, and leaking news for his Def Jam debut. The DMV native recently sat down with Vibe to discuss his career thus far, his childhood and his plans for the future. One of the more interesting nuggets from the interview was his admission that his father stole his identity when the MC was just a child and nearly destroyed his financial future.

"Dad never really lived with me and when he did live with us he would steal things," said Logic. "I remember one time he stole my identity. My name is Sir Robert Bryson Hall II and his name is Robert Bryson Hall and he used my social security card and got like 10 credit cards under my name and was buying and doing all these things and potentially could have ruined my credit before it even began but I was 10 years old and the government realized it. But its insane man."
