Logic is putting his new $30 million Def Jam deal to use these days. After finalizing his divorce from Jessica Andrea in April, Bobby has purchased a new bachelor pad out in the affluent Hidden Hills suburb of California, according to TMZ.

The 7,000 sq. foot mansion cost the 28-year-old rapper $3.57 million and contains a plethora of lavish amenities. The home boasts six spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, a giant backyard with a newly built hot tub and pool and a perfect view overlooking the mountainous California region.

The mini-estate was constructed back in 2004 on approximately 1.25 acres of land within the gated community that neighbors the famed Calabasas area. There will be no issues when it comes to living space for Logic's family, friends and Visionary Music Group team members. His fleet of vehicles will have new homes as well with the villa's pair of two-car garages off to the side.

Logic ditches his San Fernando Valley community home to press the reset button moving into the next phase of life as a single man once again. The divorce hasn't gotten in the way of the Grammy-nominated rapper's art, though. Young Sinatra delivered the Marshmello-assisted visual to "Everyday" back in March, which saw Bobby morph into an old man like a scene straight out of 1999's Office Space.

The Maryland native is also gearing up to head out on the Bobby Tarantino Vs. Everybody Tour next month with NF and Kyle as supporting acts. The 33-show trek kicks off in Boston on June 8.

Congrats to Logic on the new home.
