A little over a month after dropping the vibrant new visual for his single “Alright,” Kent Jones offers up a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the Collin Tilley-directed video shoot, which takes place in a strip club. You can peep the XXL exclusive for yourself up top.

Going behind the scenes with the Tallahassee, Fla. native proves he's about his business -- and his money. "It's called so many bags are being secured just off of this one video, you already know that and if you didn't you need to go back and study history again because I don't think you paid attention," he says while cash is strewn around in front of him.

“Alright” combines a clever interpolation of Earth, Wind & Fire’s “Let’s Groove” with Jones' smooth, melodic vocals. The infectious instrumental was produced by Jones and Illa for an irresistibly catchy tune you’ll be hearing about for a long time. This is the kind of rap song with pop sensibilities that make it feel like a natural successor to Jones' “I Don’t Mind,” his biggest single to date.

Jones, who's signed to DJ Khaled's We the Best imprint (he's got the tattoo to prove it) and Epic Records, is less than two months removed from the release of his latest tape, Too Much Too Soon, but that hasn’t stopped him from looking ahead. Being a fledgling rap star isn’t exactly something you can clock out from, and the talented musician hasn’t shown any signs that he would want to in the first place. His burgeoning career recently took him out of the country, and he returned just last week. Somewhat unsurprisingly, he’s already back in the booth working on his next batch of hits.

“I’ve just been in the studio, locked in with a few of my friends, you know, with the team,” Jones tells XXL, before teasing his next project. “Ya’ll gonna enjoy the new body of work that we ‘bout to put out because it’s gonna capture the culture."
