L.A.-based producer Pierre, newly announced 2017 XXL Freshman Kap G and Long Beach, Calif. native O.T. Genasis team up for the new song "Bando."

The song is off Pierre's forthcoming project. "Bando" finds O.T. and Kap showcasing their different sounds—Kap G has a more melodic flow while O.T. Genasis' delivery is sharp and concise—for a party banger that should be played a lot this summer.

"Working with Kap and O.T. was effortless from the jump because they're so talented at what they do," Pierre said through email about working on his new single. "Their approach and energy fit my production like a glove, so it was a win-win for everyone."

Pierre's upcoming project will have additional collaborations from top artists and producers like French Montana, PooBear, TK Kravitz, Eric Bellinger, 1500 or Nothin' and more.

As for Kap G, the rapper recently released his SupaJefe mixtape, a 12-track project that contain features from Pharrell, Chris Brown, Dae Dae and Kapfe. His fellow 2017 XXL Freshman Class members are the Bay Area’s Kamaiyah, The Bronx’s A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Philadelphia’s PnB Rock, Tokyo representer Madeintyo, Atlanta’s Playboi Carti, Portland’s Aminé, Ventura, Calif.’s Kyle; Houston’s Ugly God and 10th Spot winner XXXTentacion.
