Summer 2016 is winding down, but Joe Budden isn't done with clap back season just yet. Despite the fact that he's called it quits on his beef with Drake, Joe Budden still has fighting words for another rapper. When radio personality Star paid a visit to the Harlem-born rapper's namesake podcast recently, he asked Joe if he planned on responding to Mickey Factz dissing him.

"Life has been occurring and I've been very very busy," answered a sarcastic Joe in the audio clip dropped on YouTube last week (Aug. 19). "I haven't done any new rapping since Mickey Factz dissed me or I've been busy dissing somebody else. But now that that's over with, the second I get back in a studio," wound up Joe before taking a breath and saying, "Mickey Factz is too easy of a target. We'll see what happens."

Apparently, Joe also DM'ed Mickey and warned him about a lyric beatdown if he kept going.

The looming feud between these two MC's all started back in July when Mickey tweeted “Pump Pump Pump Pump it up. Lol,” a subliminal shot Drake threw at Budden on French Montana’s single “No Shopping.” Fast forward to Budden calling Mickey out on Twitter, writing “Mickey talks too much from the sideline…. Ironically enough, he was quiet on the sideline when I needed him to talk… Do u, i’ll do me.” The Twitter fingers started from there with Mickey eventually writing, “No more talking from me. Track on the way.” Factz dropped the Budden-aimed diss track "Eye Witness" shortly after.

Earlier this week, Joe said he would stop coming at the 6ix God because dissing Drake is pointless.

“If’ I’m Drake, I’ve built my entire empire off said insecurity. So why would I want to get rid of it? I wouldn’t. That’s exactly why I stopped dissing him. It was pointless,” said Joe during a Periscope broadcast.

So, while one beef is winding down for Joe, he's still got a spin-off beef to deal with because of it. Joe's plate is getting pretty full.
