Fans have been waiting on Frank Ocean's new album for quite some time now. The singer previously announced that his new LP was supposed to drop this past July, but fans were left disappointed when a project never arrived. According to a new interview with French magazine Les in RocksOcean may have been in the studio with French DJ/producer SebastiAn. Ed Banger Records founder Pedro Winter, aka Busy P, said, "SebastiAn has just finished producing a few tracks for Frank Ocean - a truly exciting partnership - and he will finally be able to land on his second album." However in a follow up statement, Busy P tried to downplay his initial statement, saying, "SebastiAn met Frank Ocean few times, that's all we know. For further infos please contact Frank's management."

It's been three years since Ocean made his studio debut with Channel OrangeThe LP was a major success, landing him millions of fans and a Grammy for Best Urban Contemporary Album. Since then, he's hit the studio with Hit-Boy and Rodney Jerkins and Lil B plus dropped two tracks, "Memrise" and "You Are Luhh." Other than that, It's been pretty quiet and fans are only getting increasingly anxious. This latest news regarding SebastiAn is a good sign and makes you wonder who else has the Odd Future member been teaming up with lately.
