Comedy Central to Roast Flavor Flav

Comedy Central has announced that Flavor Flav will be the subject of the cable network’s annual Roast, which is set to film in Los Angeles this July. Flav, an instrumental member of legendary group Public Enemy, has enjoyed a recent resurgence in popularity due to his hit reality TV series Flavor of Love. "We only roast the ones we love, and the world is clearly crazy about this guy, said Elizabeth Porter, VP of specials and talent at Comedy Central. “This event will be full of surprises as Flavor Flav is going to experience a whole new kind of love in this Roast.” In the past, Comedy Central has roasted Comedian Denis Leary, actor William Shatner and model/actress Pamela Anderson. The Comedy Central Roastof Flavor Flav will air on Sunday August 10 at 10:00 p.m.
