While on break from the Australian leg of his F.A.M.E. promotional tour, the controversial singer took time out of his busy schedule to visit with children who are enrolled in the Australian chapter of the Best Buddies program– a globally recognized not-for-profit that specializes in assisting children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
