Little Rock, Arkansas teenagers are quickly flocking to a new after school program called Arkansas Arts Hip-Hop School. According to KATV Channel 7, the three month program is intended to keep kids off the street and teach the four elements of hip-hop — break-dancing, DJing, rapping and graffiti. “If they’re bored, kids have a tendency get into trouble,” Hip-Hop School teacher, T.J. Detter, told KATV. “This is a real positive way for kids to use a lot of energy to express themselves because expressing yourself is a good way to deal with some of your stress as a young person.”
