Migos Create Another Golden Moment by Cutting Interview Short
It was only four months ago when Migos abruptly ended their interview with Joe Budden, DJ Akademiks and Nadeska Alexis, and now, the Atlanta trio is making another GIF-worthy exit.
After a performance at the Mala Luna Music Festival in San Antonio on Oct. 26, Migos sat down with Dana Cortez for an extremely short chat. After getting off to an awkward start, Cortez asked the crew if they had every been to the city before.
Avoiding the question, Takeoff opted to show off his Spanish accent, saying "San Antonio" while rolling his tongue as much as possible. Cortez then asked Offset about his recent public proposal to Cardi B. While the rapper answered all her questions about the engagement, a voice from outside of the shot said the group had to leave to catch a plane.
Offset then made a quick exit as Cortez looked on confused, but Takeoff and Quavo stopped to apologize for cutting the interview short and shot a quick promo for the host. While it seems like Migos wanted to leave early, Cortez actually blame's the group's manager for cutting it short.
"I knew they didn't have a plane to catch," Cortez told My San Antonio after. "It was very awkward, I've never had anything like it. I can't say that they were angry, they were really cool, but it was kind of like a manager who was upset that Offset was so forthcoming."
Rather then catching a plane, Migos apparently made their way to a haunted house called 13th Floor. Quavo documented the group's journey through the haunted house on Snapchat.
