Over a week ago, Yung Berg was arrested and accused of choking his girlfriend, Love and Hip-Hop: Hollywood co-star Masika Tucker. The encounter reportedly left the model with bruises on her body, as Berg, who was charged with obstruction of breathing, had reportedly choked, hit and slammed Tucker to the floor. Tucker is breaking her silence on the matter and is now saying she was not attacked by the Chicago rapper. “It was not an abuse situation," she told Sister2Sister magazine. "He did not attack me; he did not knock me out. He did not beat me up, none of that happened.”

Tucker did acknowledge that alcohol was a factor in the disturbance, as previously reported. “He was very drunk," she added. "It was to the point where he didn’t really know his bearings. He needs to be focused on getting these charges dropped and getting the drinking under control.”

Shortly after the incident, Berg was reportedly cut from the cast of Love and Hip Hop. Tucker could not confirm whether or not Berg is no longer on the show.

Berg commented on Masika's recent statements via Instagram posting, "I won't be commenting further because I respect masika and I take this matter very seriously I wanna thank everyone who's supported me through this situation."
