When you’re the one of the biggest rappers in the game and you land in prison, you’re bound to be treated a little differently than some of your peers. Word is that is the case for Lil Wayne.

According to the New York Post, an officer at Rikers Island, where Wayne is currently serving time for a 2007 gun possession charge, is being questioned about giving the superstar preferential treatment. Capt. Latanya Brown is under investigation for allegedly letting Weezy stay in his cell while other inmates were in the yard, as well as for spending too much time with him.

As previously reported, another Rikers guard was fired in April for allegedly spying on the Young Money star.
