Before the 2019 XXL Freshman Class will be revealed this summer, the Freshman hopefuls are here to show and prove why they deserve a spot in this year’s class. The 10th Spot voting will launch on March 25, which means hip-hop's rising newcomers are vying for a spot on the 2019 XXL Freshman cover.

As an artist on the Quality Control Music roster—home to rap stars like Migos, Lil Yachty, Lil Baby and City Girls—Jordan Hollywood is part of one of hip-hop's most winningest franchises. The 25-year-old Davie, Fla. native’s first taste of the limelight came in 2015, when he dropped the track “10 Shots” featuring Yo Gotti, Lil Durk and Tory Lanez while he was affiliated with Gotti’s CMG imprint. The following year he released the independent album, Sorry for This.

In 2018, the rapper, producer and ghostwriter announced a deal with Atlanta indie power Quality Control (although he'd been affiliated for years prior), a move that has put his slick flow and melodious vibes on more fans’ radars. Last November, he released the EP Finally, featuring the Lil Baby collab “Let Me Find Out,” which has been streamed more than 16 million times. He is currently on tour with Lil Baby, Blueface and City Girls. Now that he has a starting role, Jordan is ready to ball out.

Now that you've heard his pitch, remember to vote for your favorite artist beginning March 25. The 2019 XXL Freshman 10th Spot will run for one week. This is where the public gets the chance to vote an artist into the XXL Freshman Class. Go here to make your vote count for your favorite artist.
