H&M Announces Alexander Wang As Next Designer Collaboration

 
Breaking news at Coachella, H&M announced their next partnership in their designer collaborations would be with Alexander Wang. Alexander Wang has made a name for himself within the fashion industry by skillfully executing his visionary aesthetic for contemporary urban dressing, combining street and comfort with a high-fashion feel. Alexander Wang will join the list of H&M collaborators alongside Isabel Marant, Maison Martin Margiela, Versace, Karl Lagerfeld and more, but he will be the first American designer to take on the job. The upcoming line will offer pieces for both men and women along with accessories. “I am very honored to be a part of H&M’s designer collaborations. The work with their team is an exciting fun process. They are very open to pushing boundaries and to setting a platform for creativity. This will be a great way for a wider audience to experience elements of the Alexander Wang brand and lifestyle,” Wang said of the venture. The H&M x Alexander Wang collection will be available for purchase in 250 H&M stores by November 6, 2014.
