Today, March 27, is the 27th birthday of Memphis producer London Holmes, also known as London On Da Track!

London started making beats professionally at just 16 years old. By the time he was 26, the Tennessee beat king has worked with Southern hip-hop's upper echelon. London On Da Track has production credits on projects from Rich Homie Quan, Lil Wayne, Boosie BadAzz and Young Thug. London's biggest claims to rap game fame so far are Rich Gang’s “Lifestyle,” T.I.’s “About The Money” and Young Thug's "Check." London boasts credits for production on four songs off Young Thug's, Slime Season 3, most notably the single "Digits."

He kept racking up credits as time went on, producing Drake and 21 Savage's "Sneakin," and co-producing Kodak Black and XXXTentacion's "Roll In Peace," which is certified platinum.

When XXL chopped it up with the Tennessee up-and-comer for a 2015 young producer's feature, The Current Sound of Atlanta, young London cited fellow Memphis producer Drumma Boy as an inspiration and got candid with describing his signature sound.

"Church is my sound. You’re gonna hear pianos, you’re gonna hear organs, you’re gonna hear bells and drums, real live sounds that still have a trap feel to it. When I was at the church when I was younger, before I had moved to Atlanta, I would practice on the piano. Nobody ever taught me how, I taught myself how to do it," said London.

Happy Birthday to London On Da Track!
