CyHi The Prynce announced yesterday (Feb. 7) that his debut album would be dropping some time this year, and today he reveals the album title and the first track off it. No Dope on Sunday will be released through his new label Brooklyn Knights/Sony RAL, with production from CyHi himself. Kanye West will executive produce, with its first offering, "Legend" included below.

The track features CyHi's signature layered rhyme patterns as he goes in on two extended verses. On the first, he raps, "I been spittin’ real since real-to-reel and floppy discs/I can see why all the copy writers try to copy this/My girl say I’m Holly Holm, I get paid to rock these poems/Kick this shit off the dome, like that Ronda Rousey chick."

"I did this song because I’ve been one of the most valuable individuals in hip-hop for the past 7 years," he tells XXL. "I feel like I started a trend for major artists to sign someone from off the internet, from collaborating with Kanye over the last 5 years to staying true to the core of hip-hop while being different despite being from Atlanta."

The G.O.O.D. Music rapper will drop "Nu Africa" next and hit the road with Lil Wayne, opening for his upcoming college tour. Nine dates are confirmed thus far and included below. Check out "Legend" further down.
