Converse and Missoni Team Up On Chuck Taylor All Star Collection

Converse announces a brand new collaboration with Italian fashion house, Missoni. The partnership will see the release of a brand new set of Converse Chuck Taylor All Star ‘70 and Deck Star sneakers.

First debuted on the Milan runway, the summer 2015 Converse Chuck Taylor collection shares its inspiration with the Missoni men’s S/S 2015 collection. The summer ready silhouettes reintroduce the toweling effect to loom knits that were once a dominant feature in Missoni’s often-bold menswear. The uppers of both, the Chuck Taylor All Star ’70 ox and Deck Star slip-on sneakers feature a space-dyed mix of cotton, rayon and flax creating a vivid, rich textural surface with yellow, earthy accents.

The Converse Chuck Taylor All Star ‘70 and Deck Star Missoni sneakers will be available for purchase starting Friday, July 17, at Converse flagship stores in New York and San Francisco and will retail for $200.
