Chance The Rapper took home the award for Best New Hip-Hop Artist at 2016 BET Hip Hop Awards. Chano beat out Anderson .Paak, Bryson Tiller, Desiigner and Tory Lanez.

2016 was a monster year for the Chicago native. He released Coloring Book, a critically acclaimed mixtape that contained his hit single "No Problems" featuring Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz that is currently No. 54 on Billboard Hot 100. Chance has also wrote a jingle for Kit Kat's Halloween commercial,  crushed his performance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, created the Magnificent Coloring Day concert, started a non-profit organization, featured in high-end luxury brand Kenzo and H&M's ad campaign, putting together a collab project Good Ass Job with Kanye West and starting a non-profit organization. Congrats Chance!
