ASAP Nast Announces Converse Collaboration

Rapper A$AP Nast is the latest hip-hop act to the announce a partnership with a footwear brand. The Harlem native teased his first collaborative shoe via a series of photos and a brief Converse-sponsored video on Instagram in the late hours of Sunday night.

Unveiling a low top golden corduroy One Star sneaker, the A$AP Mob rapper teased detailed photos of the shoe collab. With hits of burgundy featured on the leather One Star Chevron logo, the sneakers also include a white midsole and outsole, and white laces to complete the entire look of the anticipated pair.

Nast's recent announcement of the his Converse collab comes on the heels of Tyler, The Creator's partnership with the American sportswear brand. Looking to continue the brand's push of the One Star skateboard shoe, Converse will make Nast the latest face of the Converse sneaker.
