A Boogie knows to watch out for the rats and the snakes and so the Bronx rapper does thing according to the code of the animal kingdom in his video for "Jungle." Directed by Gerard Victor, the visuals show the 20 year old and a gang of mask-wearing cohorts, doing what's necessary to ensure survival. As he raps on the track, "That jungle turned me to a monster / That jungle made me go harder."

"Jungle" comes from A Boogie's 13-track project Artist: The Mixtape, which premiered on SoundCloud a few months back, on Valentine's Day. With major cosigns from DJ Khaled and Meek Mill, A Boogie is already getting radio play on New York radio station Hot 97. “We’re trying to see what’s good with what people talking about right now,” A Boogie told XXL during a visit to the office. “Everybody talking good things so let's see where it goes ’cause we got better things. We know our worth. We’re trying to building Highbridge the Label to a dynasty. We’re the next thing out of New York so we’re trying to represent."

Boogie, who says that he grew up listening to 50 Cent and Kanye West has his eye on the major prize, saying his goal is to become a legend in the game. "It’s different; we’re doing it by ourselves. It’s just us right here, us four," he said. "We started this from the ground up. Every night in the studio, everybody stopped doing what they were doing and started grinding. We invested everything we had. Nobody knew. We lost everything after a while. But luckily we came up on the grind so it evened out."
