50 Cent Ordered to Pay Child Support

On Monday (April 16) Suffolk County Support Magistrate Aletha V. Fields-Ferraro ordered 50 Cent to pay $10,000 to the mother of his son Marquise Diamond Jackson. According to the New York Post, he will also be required to pay $15,000 per month in future support. While the amounts may seem steep, 50 actually brought the case to court himself in an attempt to clarify his responsibilities. While 50 has not commented on the situation, sources have speculated that Marquise’s mom—Shaniqua Tompkins—was making unreasonable support demands. 50 is due back in court on June 11.
