Temperatures are starting to warm up, your friends are actually starting to invite you to go out and things are looking up right in the middle of spring. We are inching closer and closer to the end of April, and as per usual, XXL's best songs of the week has your back.

Kicking things off is J. Cole. No one foresaw the MC dropping his new album, KOD, this week. Cole didn't disappoint, and "ATM" is a sound example of what kind of music he's making this time around. Then there's Rae Sremmurd's new single "Close," which features Travis Scott, is a surprisingly upbeat track about wanting space in a relationship.

Gunna and Lil Baby, two of Atlanta's more popular new names, meet up for "Sold Out Dates," a Spanish guitar-driven track. Over in Memphis is Blocboy JB, whose newest track is "Prod. by Bloc," which, you guessed it, is produced by Blocboy himself. The beat is simple and catchy, and a fun introduction to Bloc on the boards.

Ski Mask The Slump God came out of nowhere with his new track "SkiMeetsWorld," all over a beat that samples the theme song from the 1990's sitcom Boy Meets World. We also have Migos, who are back with some new music: "Migo Pablo" featuring Hoodrich Pablo Juan. Keeping with the Atlanta sound is Sahbabii and his 21 Savage-assisted "Outstanding," which sounds like it'll catch on this summer. Then all the way across the country is West Coast's own 03 Greedo with his new track is "Fortnite," named after the popular video game that rappers love.

"Money" is more reminiscent of earlier Famous Dex: short song centered around dancing and flexing. And even with a relentless touring schedule, Smino found time to drop "Home Invaders" featuring Bari, a dark, brooding departure from his other music.
