Foxy Brown To Drop New Project This Year

Just last week, rumors were swirling that Foxy Brown has a new project and is gearing to drop it soon. Well, it appears that the rumors are true and Foxy is back in the studios. Foxy has issued the following statement to XXL: "In light of a recent tragic loss and time constraints; as a team we've decided to reschedule our date to CHRISTMAS EVE."

The Brooklyn Native hasn’t put out a project since the 2008 street album Brooklyn’s Don Diva. This year Foxy Brown has been in the news a couple of times. Back in August, on MTV's RapFix Live, Foxy and Big Daddy Kane were guests on the show as they chopped it up with Sway. She clears up the Hot 97 rumors that she was going to appear alongside Fabolous and Lil Kim at Hot 97′s Summer Jam back in June. A very emotional Foxy then goes on to discuss her career. Lil Kim also addressed the rumored reunion in an interview with Sway Calloway back in August.
