Three years after buying a six-bedroom, 9,696 square foot Los Angeles home for $15.4 million, Dr. Dre is on the move.

According to a report from TMZ, Dre put the property on the market in June for an asking price of $35 million and flipped the house for $32.5 million. Dre has already moved into a new home that was previously owned by New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and his supermodel wife, Giselle Bundchen. The hip-hop mogul bought the house back in June for $40 million and the property includes a moat, terraces and an infinity pool. The house will also feature  a 10,000-square-foot home studio, which hopefully means we will be hearing some new music soon.

According to Forbes, Dre is the highest paid musician in history and raked in $620 million in 2013. In the spring of 2014, Dre made the ultimate power move when he sold Beats to Apple for a reported $3.2 billion. While fans have been waiting for a new album since Dre dropped Chronic 2001, the super producer has focused most of his attention to the business world.Teaming up with long time business partner Jimmy Iovine, Dre is inching closer and closer to becoming hip-hop's first billionaire. Dre has been spotted in the studio with a plethora of artists and producers but a solo Dr. Dre song has not surfaced since 2011's "I Need A Doctor." With so much success in the business world, it's tough to blame him for the lack of song output.
