Dr. Dre Bought New England Patriots Quarterback Tom Brady’s Mansion For $40 Million
After three months of anticipation, Dr. Dre and his wife are now the proud owners of a 18, 700 ft. Los Angeles mansion, previously owned by quarterback of the New England Patriots, Tom Brady and his supermodel wife Gisele Bündchen. According to reports, Dre was able to purchase the house for $40m, that's $10m lower than the original asking price.
In light of his major $3.2 billion deal with Apple, Dr. Dre is wasting no time making the most of his newly earned riches. The rapper/mega-producer set eyes on the house around March when it went on the market and was luckily able to beat out the other bidders for the eight-bedroom, six-car-garage home, that also features a moat.
While Brady and Bündchen offered to sell the home fully furnished, TMZ sources reported, "Dre has his own stuff he wants to put in the house -- and has chosen to pass on all of the stuff the Bradys spent years collecting from various trips around the world. "
