Dr. Dre Is Building A 10,000-Square-Foot Home Studio

Is there new music from the good doctor on the way? According to a report from the Los Angeles Times, Dr. Dre is building a massive 10,000-square-foot studio underneath his massive 20,000-square-foot house. Dre bought the Brentwood, California estate for $40 million just days after selling Beats to Apple for a reported $3 billion. Dre hasn't released a solo album since 1999's 2001 and has been working on a seemingly mythical followup ever since. With more than enough money and a brand new studio, hopefully we'll hear some new music from Dre soon.
