Vans Releases Distressed Plaid Classics for Spring 2015

Vans designers take a trip down memory lane by delivering an updated range of low and high-tops nostalgic of '90s grunge.

Outfitted in treated plaid materials, Vans’ original Sidestriped silhouettes, the Old Skool and Sk8-Hi Reissue, are released alongside the Era 59 in a five-piece Distressed Plaid pack. The DIY-inspired set starts off with a dual offering of the Era 59, presented in patterned color-ups in black and red/navy. A trio of Sidestriped styles is introduced with a solo take on the Old Skool and a double dose of the Sk8-Hi Reissue. The Old Skool and Sk8-Hi Reissue are embellished with Distressed Plaid medial and lateral paneling, as suede overlays and leather Sidestripes put the finishing touches on the assortment.

The Vans Classics Distressed Plaid will retail between $55 to $70 and will be available this March at select Vans stockists.
