NikeLab goes into their archives once again to find inspiration for their next summer release. Inspired by the ACG line from the late 1990s, next month Nike will release the Pocket Knife DM sneakers, in three limited edition colorways. Releasing under the NikeLab division, the brand new set of low-top shoes will feature a multi-colored canvas with Nike's innovative technology.

The all new Pocketknife silhouette will feature an interlocking webbing system with a drawstring lacing system to help provide closure to the stretch upper. In addition, a small elastic side paneling material will be included on the tongue of each pair. The outsoles are split into four rubber pods with rectangular traction patterns for increased flexibility and grip.

The debut of the Nike Pocket Knife DM will mark the first time the Swoosh releases the ACG-inspired silhouette. Along with the three sneakers announced today, the brand will also drop an all-white version of the shoe as limited edition release for the July 4th weekend.

The brand new NikeLab Pocketknife DM will release starting Sat., July 1, at select NikeLab retailers worldwide. Look for the Swoosh to announce a price point for the shoes before the actual release date of the kicks.
