Cinematic Music Group's latest signing MobSquad Nard is about his money and he wants it "Right Ni." Nard, a Jacksonville native, joins a roster that includes Joey Bada$$, Pro Era, Mick Jenkins and Big K.R.I.T., and based on the vid for "Right Ni," the rapper is poised to contribute to the label immediately. The clean visual follows Nard through Jacksonville as he rides clean in tricked out cars and spends time with his people in the neighborhood. Jonny Shipes, the founder of Cinematic, is high on Nard and based on his track record, the Florida MC has a bright future ahead of him. "Nard is one of those rare MCs that is able to take his experiences in the street and paint the most vivid pictures, which is exactly what I look for when I sign an artist to Cinematic," Shipes told XXL. "I wanna be drawn into and able to feel whatever that artist is talking about. I heard Nard one time and knew that I needed to work with him. I'm excited for the world to hear what we've been working on."
