Mike Will Made-It Victim of Hit-and-Run Accident
Super producer Mike WiLL Made-It is counting his blessings after a hit and run accident that caused his Mercedes-Benz some major damage. On Sunday evening, the Marietta, Ga.-based tastemaker uploaded a video of his damaged car in the time that followed the accident. You can see it for yourself in his tweet above.
In the video, we can see his whip's grill is almost completely destroyed and the airbags have been activated, possibly saving the "Black Beatles" producer from more severe injuries. Understandably, Mike WiLL Made-It is grateful for Mercedes' craftsmanship, writing in his tweet for the video, "Blessed to make it out, survived a hit n run last night in my 63, thank God for AMG @MBUSA."
The accident comes during a time when Mike WiLL Made-It should be feeling like he's on top of the world. Just two weeks ago, "Black Beatles," a track he produced for Rae Sremmurd, topped Billboard's Hot 100 chart and became the number one song in the U.S. At the time, Mike told Billboard that the song's success was nothing short of a huge deal.
"To be able to put Gucci Mane, the person that gave me my first opportunity in music, and Rae Sremmurd, the debut artist from my [imprint, Eardrummer], on what's both [Rae Sremmurd and Gucci Mane's] biggest record ever, and the first Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 for both, is something I could have never imagined or dreamed of," he said." I couldn't have asked for a better moment to be a part of."
