Post Malone

Before Post Malone became a record-breaking pop star known for his guitar-smashing live performances, he initially found success with the release of his melodic-rap single "White Iverson" during the era when SoundCloud served as the platform for discovering new music. His unique voice and ability to blend genres are the defining elements of his musical journey toward stardom. "White Iverson" marked his first entry on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, peaking at No. 14. Malone signed a deal with Republic Records and released his debut album, "Stoney," in 2016, which became his first work to reach the Billboard 200 albums chart, peaking at No. 4. His Metro Boomin-produced single, "Congratulations" featuring Quavo, set a record for the most weeks on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.

As the singer's career progressed, he continued to achieve commercial success, particularly with the release of his next two albums: Beerbongs & Bentleys in 2018 and Hollywood's Bleeding in 2019. Beerbongs & Bentleys earned Post his first No. 1 on the Billboard 200, and the singles "Rockstar" featuring 21 Savage and "Psycho" featuring Ty Dolla $ign both reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. At the 2019 Grammys, he received nominations for Record of The Year and Best Rap/Sung Performance for "Rockstar," while Beerbongs & Bentleys was nominated for Album of The Year.

In 2018, Post Malone achieved his third No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 with the assistance of Swae Lee on the track "Sunflower," featured on the Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse soundtrack and his album, Hollywood's Bleeding. "Sunflower" not only topped the Billboard Hot 100 but also became the highest-certified track in RIAA history, achieving 17-times platinum certification. Hollywood's Bleeding became his second No. 1 album on the Billboard 200, and his single "Circles" spent three weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. He currently has eight diamond-certified songs: "Congratulations" Featuring Quavo, "Sunflower" Featuring Swae Lee, "White Iverson," "Psycho" Featuring Ty Dolla $ign, "Rockstar" Featuring 21 Savage, "Better Now," "I Fall Apart" and "Circles." Despite achieving global stardom, it was Post Malone's hip-hop roots that paved the way for his success.
