The XXXTentacion tributes continue to roll in. On Friday (June 22), fellow 2017 XXL Freshman, Ugly God, shared a remix of XXX's 2017 Freshman Cypher verses on a tribute song titled "Tear Drop."

XXXTentacion's official Freshman Cypher verse was one of the most talked-about in recent years. Following his death, at the request of fans, XXL unearthed some outtakes from the Florida rapper's time to shine. Ugly God utilizes audio from both on the new track, which he also produced.

"Moonrock with the Glock, I can't milly rock/Moonrock with the Glock, I can't milly rock," X raps on the chorus. "Tear drop on my homie face, he caught a body/No DM, I'm her MCM on Instagram." UG uses a dreamy track that eventually levels up into a trap tune where XXX's vocals from the dark final version of his freestyle are placed.

Ugly is one of a few rhymers to pay homage to the late rapper, who was murdered on Monday (June 18) in Deerfield Beach, Fla., through song. He joins Yung Bans, who put out the song, "So Long Friend," and Juice Wrld, who paid tribute with the tracks "Legends" and "Rich and Blind." Tory Lanez performed XXX's hit, "Look at Me" in tribute during a recent show in Denver.

About 24 hours after he posted “Tear Drop,” Ugly God deleted the song from his SoundCloud account. However, thanks to the internet, XXXTentacion fans can still hear this unique spin on the slain rapper’s 2017 XXL Freshman cypher verses.
