Talib Kweli and 9th Wonder released the original version of "Every Ghetto" on their Indie 500 album. The Rapsody-assisted track served as the lead single for that project. Now, Kweli is coming back to it for a remix with an all-new lineup.

Problem and Aloe Blacc step up to the plate as the guests for "Every Ghetto Pt. 2." Although Talib Kweli's longtime collaborator Hi-Tek handled the production of the original "Every Ghetto," Nottz produced the beat this time around. Kweli uses this single as an opportunity to kick some knowledge to the listener.

"Malcom said make it plain, but we still getting elaborate/The labyrinth, the Towers of Babylon, the road we travel on/We tapping to the power within, the sable's rattle on/We put the saddle on/Behold a pale horse/Black on black crime is a myth they make us believe with sheer force," Kweli raps.

For fans of Talib Kweli, this new song is a welcomed return to music. The veteran MC has spent a lot of time getting into Twitter arguments with a variety of people. One of his more notable rants addressed Gene Simmons' criticism of hip-hop.

"Hip-hop has saved countless lives. How dare he wish it dead. So would it be fair to wish him dead, or nah?" Kweli wrote. "I had no problem w KISS til Simmons bitch ass opened his mouth about rap. Let’s go lyric for lyric tho. Me vs KISS. Rock has also saved countless lives. No one is dissing rock. Kiss ain't rock. It's marketing. Try to keep up."

"Every Ghetto Pt. 2" will appear on the upcoming Javotti Media mixtape Awful People Are Great at Parties. There is no release date for the project at this time.
