Kehlani and Chance The Rapper Get Intimate in “The Way” Video

Just last week, Kehlani revisited her You Should Be Here LP, tapping Trey Songz for a remix to "The Way." Interestingly, today (July 27), she circles back around and drops the video for the original, which features Chance The Rapper. Where the Songz version is sultry and should only be played between 10:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m., the album version with Chance is ever so slightly on the PG-13 side of the ledger. ("We gon' wake your neighbors" is still "we gon' wake your neighbors," but as Meek would say, there's levels to this shit.) The video is about as minimal as you can get, with little more than an empty floor for a set and a color palette narrow enough to play on your Razr. Chance, who earlier this year dropped the breezy, jazz-infused Surf with The Social Experiment, recently announced that he's expecting his first child.
