GoldLink “Velho”

The eccentric but easily likable GoldLink, who's been featured on The Comeup, is back with a new track that finds him displaying some of his best habits. "Velho" is here, and GoldLink is still flexing.

Backed by elbow-throwing bass, GoldLink flosses easily over a lounging hispanic sample. There's a lot of juxtapositions here that work, and you'll follow along as the DMV rapper spits blunt lines like, "Hatin' ass niggas wanna talk about the set/ I'll put a tec to your motherfuckin' chest." Vibe to "Velho" or risk getting shot. Sounds like an easy choice.
