It appears that Future and Ciara’s child custody battle over their son Future Jr. is still ongoing.

Today (Dec. 12), TMZ reports that Ciara’s attorneys want to drag Future into mediation to negotiate a new travel schedule for their 4-year-old son.

The R&B singer claims that the “No Issue” rapper has been terrible with his scheduled visitations to see his son. Not only has Future allegedly skipped out on seeing his son on a few occasions, but CiCi claims that the Atlanta rapper would send Future Jr. to his mother or grandmother’s house without spending much time with him.

According to recent court documents, Ciara is tired of the constant back-and-forth and wants a mediator to step in and establish a workable visitation schedule for the child’s sake. She has even tried to hammer out an agreement with Future without getting a judge involved, but it hasn't worked out.

Reps for Future had no comment on the matter.

Courtroom battles aside, Hendrix has been working hard on a new album. Last month, he jumped on his Instagram story to talk about the progress. Future told his followers that his next project will be his best work yet.

"The album's so so crazy," he said. "I’m inspired, man. I’m so inspired. I got inspiration from everywhere. This is about to be my greatest album of all time right now, you know what I’m sayin'? Well to date. It’s going to be one of my best albums... watch this."

We can't wait to hear it.

In the meantime, Future and Juice Wrld’s joint album Wrld on Drugs is available now at all digital stores.
