Ciara is putting Future on blast in new court documents and claims the rapper has been missing scheduled visits with their 3-year-old son.

According to an April 26 report from TMZ, Ciara alleges that Future has skipped 37 percent of the visits with his son and often does so at the last minute, which reportedly interferes with the singer's schedule. Ciara also claims that when their son goes to spend time with the rapper in Georgia, he spends most of his visit with his grandmother or great-grandmother.

Ciara also brought up their son's health issues, which she claims have worsened due to the cross-country traveling he's doing. The child is reportedly constantly exhausted and suffers from emotional breakdowns while at school.

Ciara didn't say how Future is at fault for their son's health but points at it being another reason why a new travel schedule needs to be established. The singer is now hoping to go to mediation with the "Mask Off" rapper.

Last year, Future and Ciara reached a settlement in the custody battle for their son. In January 2017, the two agreed to joint custody over the child and agreed he would spend the majority of his time with Ciara. According to the agreement, when the rapper is not traveling and touring, he can have reasonable access to his son

In related Future news, the rapper will be doing some more traveling when he heads to New York to headline the upcoming Billboard Hot 100 Fest. The Atlanta rapper will join a hip-hop lineup that also features Rae Sremmurd, French Montana, Bhad Bhabi, Jacquees, J.I.D, Lil Xan, Machine Gun Kelly, Rich The Kid and more.
